Have You Listened to The Emotional Fast?

The past 6 weeks I’ve been teaching a series on The Mongata Podcast called the Emotional Fast. Have you ever wondered why you feel and experience emotions the way you do? Each week we look at the answers to those questions and bring forward the useful tools you have within yourself to transform and embrace those emotions and habits.

The idea for The Emotional Fast came about as many traditions were planning to fast during their holy seasons.
