The Emotional Fast is an immersive six-week online experience that will help you focus on one emotion at a time so you can understand it, transform your experience with it, and embrace it.

Valarie Budayr
Valarie is a Board-Certified Sound Practitioner, Pause Breathwork Facilitator, and Mindfulness Teacher who guides others toward self-discovery and self-healing with the principles of sound, movement, breath, a connection with nature, inner traditions, depth psychology, and wisdom practices.
She is an author, seeker, Knowing Woman, and Founder of Mongata, an online center for well-being and inner healing. As the daughter of immigrant parents, her Gotland, Sweden ancestral roots and heritage strongly influence her beliefs, values, practices, and desires to express kindness and inclusion for all.
The idea for The Emotional Fast came about as many traditions were planning to fast during their holy seasons. As I was driving to the studio one day in February this thought came to mind, “What if we could fast from our habits and emotions for just one week?” Quickly a list of ideas started to pour in and our very first series on the Mongata Podcast was born.
